About MJA

MJA Automotive was formed by Martin Adams, borne out of his hobby of Autograss Racing and his job as a professional mechanic and automotive engineer. Martin left school to work as a mechanic initially on cars and then to progress to HGV's and recovery vehicles. He also learnt his engineering skills working in a small company in Redditch.

Due to his love of this type of work he managed to obtain a small lathe and a boring bar which he moved into the garden shed.

Martin started building his own engines for his racing car and due to his success many competitors asked him to build them engines. He has also built engines for other motorsports such as rally cars, hot rods and short circuit racing.

This continued and he managed to outgrow the shed and got himself a small unit on a farm in Bromsgrove and was able to purchase other machinery. He continued to gain further success and moved to a bigger unit on an industrial estate in Bromsgrove.
